Welcome to Eunsangjae, a charming share house designed for young people. Experience daily relaxation at Eunsangjae, where modern style meets the aesthetic of a traditional Korean *hanok*. (Layout: two single rooms and one double room) The room being introduced here is the single room, "Pyeong-an-ui Bang" (Room of Peace). Eligibility: Women in their 20s and 30s.

An optimal location close to major educational institutions, including Chung-Ang University, Soongsil University, Seoul National University, Chongshin University, Seoul National University of Education, and Sookmyung Women's University, as well as the Noryangjin exam preparation district. This is a share house exclusively for women. The listed price is for a short-term rental of a single room. The lease term can be adjusted upon consultation. Once your move-in is confirmed, we will send you instructions regarding move-in and house rules via text message.
