- Located in a prime location, a 2-minute walk from exits 5 and 6 of Sillim Station. - Convenience store on the 1st floor, many restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. - 19 minutes by subway to Gangnam Station, 10 minutes by taxi. - 20 minutes to Hongik University Station, 20 minutes to Yeouido Station. - 2 minutes to Hanaro Mart (Gwanak Nonghyup Boramae Branch). - 4 minutes to Boramae Hospital. - 2 minutes to Saekdong Park (3.6 times the size of a tennis court), 5 minutes to Sangdo Park (0.1 times the size of Yeouido).
