It is a 5-minute walk from the Ok-dong Courthouse and Ulsan Grand Park. There is a convenience store just a minute away. It is located in front of Lotte Invens Royal Apartments, above Hanyang Core Apartments. It is on the second floor of the Haetsalmeumeun Kkoma Gimbap Ok-dong branch.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Cooking is allowed. Street-side parking is available. Parking may be difficult late at night. The standard occupancy is two people. Please consult us in advance if you wish to add more guests.
The place has been thoroughly cleaned. Please clean the unit upon checkout so that it is in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Once you send a photo of the cleaned unit via text message, I will process the checkout. If the unit is left clean, the cleaning fee will be refunded. Additional guests are allowed, but prior arrangement is required. Wi-Fi details are shown in the photo. The unit uses city gas. Please dispose of food waste using the designated food waste bin or by purchasing and using food waste bags.
We will refund the cleaning fee if the unit is left in the same clean condition as it was upon arrival. The standard occupancy is two people. An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per day applies for any additional guests.
