This is a clean, large, separate studio apartment. Although it's on the 5th floor, there's a separate lounge area with a great view in front of the entrance. It's a quiet and cozy studio apartment.

As soon as I arrived, I found it hadn't been cleaned—there was a burnt, greasy frying pan, only one chopstick, and a clump of hair in the sink... The floor was covered in hair, and the bedding hadn't been washed... The owner came later to clean it up, but it still felt really unpleasant. While the location and value for money were good... I just didn't feel like staying there. There is no washing machine, even though the listing says there is.
The hygiene was so bad that I had to personally hire a service to clean the mold out of the air conditioner... It seems like the property isn't being properly maintained, especially considering how spacious it is.
