The move-in process is contactless. Please do not bring dogs. (For single occupancy only) Once the contract is finalized, I will send you the unit number via text message. (Electricity and city gas charges are separate)
It is close to Jeonju Hanok Village. Lotte Department Store Jeonju is also a 3-minute drive away. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to the intercity bus terminal.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon check-out.
There is some noise from the main road, but the location and cleanliness are excellent.
The price is cheap. I needed a washing machine, so I tried it out since they said they would provide one. The spin cycle is weak. The room is warm. The hot water works well and the water pressure is good.
I had a decent rest.
