It is a pleasant space with new remodeling. It is suitable for comfortable use by one person. ^^
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the intercity bus terminal. It is also close to Hanok Village. It is a cost-effective studio near Jeonbuk National University. ^^
Check-in is contactless. Please refrain from bringing pets. (For single occupancy) Once the contract is signed, the room number will be sent via text message.^^ (Electricity and city gas are separate.)
It is also close to Jeonju Hanok Village. Jeonju Lotte Department Store is also a 3-minute drive away. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Intercity Bus Terminal.
Items not included in the maintenance fee will be settled and billed upon check-out.
There is some noise from the main road, but the location and cleanliness are excellent.
The price is cheap. I needed a washing machine, so I tried it out since they said they would provide one. The spin cycle is weak. The room is warm. The hot water works well and the water pressure is good.
I had a decent rest.
