Located within a 3-minute walk (under 1 km) of the bus stop; frequent bus service to Cheonan Station and the bus terminal.
Check-in is contactless. Bedding (duvet and pillow) is provided; the bed is a Super Single size. Toiletries are not provided. The utility/maintenance fee covers up to 3 people; for additional guests, a fee of 5,000 KRW per person per week must be paid to the host's account. Additional charges will apply if electricity or gas usage exceeds the standard allowance. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. (Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited; a special cleaning fee may be charged if smoking is detected.) Repair costs may be charged if the wallpaper or flooring is damaged.
Address registration is not possible. You do not need to register your vehicle for parking separately.
Please note that additional utility charges may apply upon check-out if there is excessive use of electricity, gas, or water.
It was great to be able to stay near my home while the interior work was being done. It’s quiet, parking is plentiful, and it offers excellent value for money.
