The management fee covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, additional fees may be charged if excessive usage beyond normal limits is detected. An additional fee of 80,000 KRW per week applies if you are accompanied by a pet; this covers specialized deep cleaning to prevent soiling or damage. We maintain the property in pristine condition, so pets are permitted only with prior agreement. *As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging service, bedding and disposable amenities are not provided. I had a truly satisfying time during my stay. Not only was transportation convenient, but the area was also well-equipped with amenities, so I experienced no inconvenience at all. The view from the room was fantastic, and the night scenery was beautiful enough to leave a lasting impression. The entire building felt clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it fun to explore them one by one. Having convenient access to the laundry facilities on the basement level was a huge help, and enjoying delicious coffee at the nearby café became a small but happy memory. It was also very convenient for shopping and dining, as the building is directly connected to a department store via the basement level. Above all, I was most grateful for the host's quick responses and kindness. Whenever I had a question or needed something, the host responded promptly and attentively, making me feel comfortable and well-supported throughout my stay. From the location, transportation, and amenities to the view, cleanliness, and nearby restaurants—everything was perfect, with absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks to this, I’m leaving with so many wonderful memories. I sincerely appreciate the thoughtful care that ensured such a comfortable stay.
