There is Yang-eul Mountain next to the apartment, so you can go hiking during your stay, and it is also close to Yang-eul Mountain Forest Park, so you can enjoy a light trek or a walk around the reservoir and have a good day.😆 Maximum 2 people can stay. Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs). If tableware or other displayed home appliances are damaged, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. Smart TV does not receive public broadcasting. Payments other than through the app are not accepted. Inquiries are declined!! Sorry.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The house is pleasant and nice. I'm satisfied with the location, and the neighborhood is quiet.
The host’s thoughtfulness is evident in the careful selection of every single item, resulting in the highest level of satisfaction. The interior design is also lovely, and I had a wonderful time during my stay. The only downside is that parking can be difficult if you arrive late. Aside from that, everything was great. I stayed for four weeks and was charged a weekly maintenance fee; however, I was taken aback to find that I was provided with only one trash bag per week—the same amount given for a single week as for the entire four-week period. I asked if they could provide just one extra bag, promising to leave it behind if I didn't use it, but they flatly refused, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. I am only mentioning this because I want to provide an honest review, but it was really just a minor grievance. Since maintenance fees are collected weekly, it would be better if the services provided in return were clearer and backed by a system that seems reasonable to everyone. Nevertheless, the room itself, the complimentary bottled water, and everything else were excellent.
