This is the first tenant after the recent remodeling. It is a quiet and spacious two-room apartment located a 7-minute walk from Jecheon Station, a 5-minute walk from Jecheon Sports Complex, and an 8-minute drive from Chungbuk Provincial Autonomous Training Center. It is based on a standard of 4 people, and please feel free to inquire about additional guests. Short-term and long-term business travelers, athletes, and families are all welcome. We have carefully prepared CCTV, a door lock, ample storage space, and full options for your comfortable stay. Maximum 6 people allowed.

All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.

The bedding was clean and fresh, and the location was excellent (15 minutes to Uirimji, 30 minutes to Cheongpung Lake). We stayed during a very hot spell, so we spent most of our time indoors, but with air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, we were very comfortable! Before arriving, I was worried it might be noisy since it’s a mixed-use building, but the windows must be high-quality; once closed, you couldn't hear a single sound from the traffic outside. Thanks to that, the kids slept soundly, too! It was my first time in Jecheon, but the comfortable accommodation and the kind host made me want to visit again! We really enjoyed our stay :)
