This is a studio-type accommodation for one person. The dining table and furnishings are also for one person. Reservations for additional guests and overnight visitors are not permitted. The terrace in front of the living room connects to a lawn, making it convenient for staying with a pet. ※Toiletries, towels, and bedding are not provided. If you wish to use bedding (duvet, pillow, mattress), an additional rental and usage fee of 20,000 won will be charged. Please inform us in advance.
-There is a bus stop for local buses departing from the bus terminal on the roadside in front of the house, but rural buses have long intervals between them, which is very inconvenient. You may need to use a rental car or your own car.
- Check-in is contactless. - The building is a non-smoking area. Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with check-in instructions.
'Namyeon' is at the end of the South Sea, adjacent to the sea, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The road leading to it is a scenic drive, and the ocean-view accommodation is a suitable space for gazing at the sea, and we believe it will be a comfortable resting place. Please separate recyclable waste at the designated area, and dispose of general waste in a standard garbage bag. If you bring a dog, please pay extra attention to cleaning up after them, both indoors and outdoors.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you excessively use electricity included in the residential electricity, it may be subject to progressive taxation, resulting in a high amount, and additional management fees may be requested. We would appreciate it if you would use electricity (boiler, hot water, air conditioner, etc.) sparingly as if it were your own home.
