❌️Disposable items such as towels and bathroom supplies are not provided. (Short-term rentals are not considered accommodation businesses, so disposable items cannot be provided.) ❌️Move-in registration is not possible (This is not possible as it is a rental business.)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I requested what I needed, and they kindly responded, so I was able to rest comfortably.
I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was cozy, very clean, and well maintained. The location was great, especially being so close to the metro station, which made getting around very easy. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was so polite.
