Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a check-in and information message. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. If there are noise complaints, you will be asked to leave (no refund). Do not eat on the bed (a separate laundry fee of 50,000 won will be charged for stains). During your stay, additional accommodation fees may be charged for commercial losses such as damage/removal that is difficult to repair, stains, and wallpaper damage.
Due to policy and hygiene issues, towels, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc. are not provided. You can purchase Songwol towels at Daiso nearby. However, a washing machine, detergent, and drying rack are provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It's a clean and comfortable house. The transportation is convenient and it's quiet, so our family of four had a good stay.
