This is a fully furnished, two-story detached house. The first floor features a living room, kitchen, utility room, and one bathroom. The second floor has a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, Bedroom 2 has one single bed, and Bedroom 3 is an *ondol* (Korean-style floor heating) room. Ceiling-mounted air conditioning is installed throughout. With ample bedrooms and bathrooms, it is highly recommended for use as a short-term corporate dormitory or group accommodation. You may use the outdoor barbecue area for free if you bring your own supplies (please clean up thoroughly after use), or we can provide a complete setup for an additional fee of 30,000 KRW. For short-term rentals, towels, bath/laundry supplies, and personal items are not provided (arrangements can be discussed for 1–2 week stays).
There is a bus stop right in front of the house serving routes to Daejeon and Gyeryong. However, due to the bus intervals, I recommend using a private vehicle.

Donghaksa, Gyeryong, and Daejeon are all within a 15–20 minute drive. This accommodation features an on-site shared office and gallery space (Yeosu 19—reservation required), making it suitable for meetings and conferences. It is a detached house conveniently located near the Gyeryong and Pyeongchon Industrial Complexes, making it an ideal place to stay.
Excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for additional management fees. (Usage is verified and settled before and after occupancy.) Please check the heating temperature when going out in winter, and the power status of air conditioners and appliances in summer.
The host was very kind, so I had a comfortable stay! The facilities were great and quiet, so I was able to rest well~ They responded immediately, and I felt that they were very considerate of their users, so I was grateful :)
