The air conditioner has been professionally cleaned. Amenities include a comfortable bed with bedding, a direct-flow water purifier, clothes hangers, a desk, a chest of drawers, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. We also provide basic toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush) as well as standard and food waste bags. There is a direct-flow water purifier equipped with a 4-stage filtration system that undergoes regular filter replacements. You have access to shared washing machines and dryers. The heating system operates 24 hours a day, and hot water is available at all times.
It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Galwol-dong/Namyeong-dong and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Seoul Station; it is also a 5-minute walk to Seoul Station (Line 4), 7 minutes to Seoul Station (Line 1), and 7 minutes to Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station (Line 4).
If you wish to extend your stay for a week or less, the rate is 30,000 KRW per day (including maintenance fees); please let us know in advance. Due to the nature of the studio, please avoid making loud noises or speaking loudly after 10 PM. You will be required to pay for any damages or losses—such as property damage, soiled or damaged bedding and towels, stained walls, lost or broken amenities, and damaged household items—using your security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please do not lie on the bed or lean against the walls while wearing clothing (such as jeans or T-shirts) that may transfer dye. Please avoid spilling food on the bedding. Placing bedding on the floor can cause damage. Using towels to wipe up spills or dirt instead of drying your body can damage them; please use the dishcloth provided at the sink instead. Please do not scratch or damage the rice cooker by using a spoon instead of the provided paddle. When using the induction cooktop, please be careful not to burn the pot by heating it too rapidly. Please do not remove any of the provided household items from the room. The standard cleaning fee does not cover the costs associated with the issues mentioned above. Additionally, most bedding and household items are reused by other guests after cleaning, so we kindly ask that you use them with care.
A Seoul Station supermarket, Daiso, and Huam Market are within a 10-minute walk, while the bustling districts of Namyeong-dong and Sookmyung Women's University are 15 minutes away. Towards Namsan, you will find hiking trails and Namsan Park, as well as Namsan Tower, which offers a panoramic view of Seoul.
Additional charges apply if utility costs exceed the average; however, this rarely happens unless usage is excessive. Food waste bags (pay-as-you-throw system) are provided.
