Great place to stay in, it has everything. I had the best 6 weeks for my arrival in Korea. The neighborhood is calm and a family area. I would say it's only a bit far from Seoul center but a great place if you want to be away from the city noise. Also, DMC is the nearest station and has a lot of buses around.
