- No smoking indoors - Basic cooking allowed - Located at the end of the hallway; good ventilation when the door is open - Please keep noise levels down indoors
- Service fee: 30,000 KRW per week (includes electricity, water, gas, and internet). - For stays of one month or longer, you may choose either a flat monthly rate of 100,000 KRW or payment based on actual usage. - Peak season rates apply during July and August (additional 100,000 KRW per week).

I chose this place because of the positive reviews and great photos of the room. - The interior and amenities throughout the space are excellent. I really appreciated the hotel-style bidet, the high-quality hairdryer, and the smart monitor. The refrigerator has a great design and powerful performance. (Regarding the reviews mentioning an electric current: thatโs not quite accurate. Since the floor is concrete rather than vinyl flooring, touching the fridge handle with bare feet might result in a very faint sensation of current, but wearing slippers eliminates that entirely.) While the washer and dryer are likely there for maintenance purposes, they are full-sized, dedicated units (unlike the inconvenient compact or combo types), making them perfect for handling summer clothes.
I had a really comfortable stay, and the owner is incredibly kind :) Iโd definitely come backโ200%! Itโs pleasant and the location is great, too!
