There are stand lamps for partial lighting, and the curtains are double-layered with blackout curtains. It's a quiet room. The boiler has been replaced, so it's warm. The bedding is washed directly, so it's clean. Guests often say it's even better in person than in the photos.
It is close to Indeokwon Station. It is a 5-minute drive from Gwacheon Jijeongta. It is a 5-minute walk from Dongpyeon Village Cafe Street. Seoul is also a 30-minute drive away. Residents can park for free.
Check-in is contactless. Please note that dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please refrain from eating in bed. Please refrain from loud noises.
There is an Anyang Gwanaksan Forest Park behind the house, so it is good to enjoy nature. There are many things necessary for life in front of the house, such as E-Mart, a library, a beauty salon, a cafe, and restaurants, so it is convenient. For security, CCTV is installed on the 1st floor of the building and on each floor, so it is safe.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The kitchenware and appliances were in good condition, and all necessary items were neatly organized. It was a great location for enjoying the Dongpyeon Village area, and parking was convenient, too.

It is convenient because there is a Baskin Robbins, E-Mart Everyday, and a pharmacy nearby Cons) 1. Soundproofing between floors and adjacent rooms is not good, so you have to be quiet at night 2. There are many cars around the building, so there is a possibility of disturbance during sleep However, overall it was a very good accommodation. I give it 9 out of 10 points.
