- Check-in is contactless. (Check-in/check-out times are negotiable) - You can use the vacuum cleaner in the living room for cleaning. - Bedding and towels are provided. (Charges will apply for stains) - Cooking and laundry are allowed, but smoking is prohibited indoors. - Please do a simple tidy-up when checking out (separate waste, turn off lights, lock the door).
- It is convenient to use public transportation as parking may be difficult in the vicinity due to the nearby Myeonmok Market. - It is located in a quiet and safe residential area. - Myeonmok Market, Sajajeong Market, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. are close by, so it is very convenient to live. - Costco Sangbong Branch, Homeplus, movie theaters, etc. are 5 minutes away by car, so there is no inconvenience even for long-term stays.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
