It is a 3-minute walk straight from Exit 3 of Seoul National University Station, in front of Gwanak-gu Office. There are also various bus routes.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions on how to use the room. You can check in in person or remotely.
Convenience stores, famous bakeries, franchise coffee shops, various restaurants, Sharosu-gil, laundromats, hospitals, district offices, and other facilities are available within 50m. It's on the main street, so it's safe.
All utility bills are included in the accommodation fee. However, if you use an excessive amount of water or electricity, there may be an additional charge upon check-out.
The owner is kind and takes care of every little detail. The room is clean and there is no noise from the surroundings. It was nice that ramen, rice, and kimchi were provided, and the kitchen and laundry facilities were freely available, so it was a good value and comfortable for a simple stay! I'd like to use it again if I have to stay nearby next time. haha
