This is a private guesthouse, a small 50-year-old house located in a village connected to Dongpirang in Tongyeong, which has been renovated over 40 days as if it were being built from scratch. It is located near many restaurants that Tongyeong locals love, as well as wonderful and beautiful walking trails, the sea, and the city center. It is in a suitable location for a solo traveler who desperately needs a break, so you are welcome anytime. And we hope it will be a unique, cozy, and warm space for two people who are a good match.
It takes about 20 minutes by bus from Tongyeong Intercity Bus Terminal, and about 10 minutes by car or taxi.
Check-in is non-face-to-face or face-to-face. We will inform you how to use Cozy on the day of check-in.
Right in front of you is a 24-hour semi-large grocery store, a craft beer factory converted from an old bathhouse, and within a 5-minute walk, there's a large traditional market, major tourist attractions, a promenade and park with an ocean view, a hospital, pharmacy, government offices, and banks. There's also a library and various other places in the city within a 20-minute walk. I will inform you of local restaurants that meet my standards along with how to use them on the day of your move-in. Welcome! ^^.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
