Although it is a semi-basement unit, it has been renovated to be bright and pleasant. 👍 ▪ Individual heating (boiler) and air conditioning are available. ▪ It is not a Smart TV, but a TV connected to a Google Chromecast (you can log in with your own account). ▪ The washing machine is located outside. 😅 The landlord lives upstairs, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. 😄 Thank you.
▪ All utility costs are included in the management fee. ▪ Additional management fees (specifically for winter city gas usage) may be charged if consumption exceeds standard limits. ▪ Please note that city gas charges are approximately 1,110 KRW or more per meter reading (rates may vary by season).
