• Check-in is contactless. • Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions on the morning of the check-in day. • Smoking and pets are not allowed in the room. • No additional guests are allowed beyond the standard occupancy (1 person). • Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Negotiable) • Charges for loss of use, special cleaning fees, etc., may be applied for damage, loss, or contamination of property.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the indoor rooms. This is for single occupancy, and an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged per week for each additional person.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out. (We will only inform you if there are any unusual readings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own home, you will not be charged separately.)
