The host was kind, and my family of three—including a child—stayed here for four weeks while our home was being renovated. Aside from the slight inconvenience of handling recycling and food waste, and the difficulty of walking up the hill (since we are used to living on flat ground), we had a pleasant stay. There is an apartment security guard/manager on-site as well.
Although the space was small, the bedroom, living room, and kitchen were separate, making it comfortable to use. The host was very responsive; when I requested a microwave and a hair dryer, they had them delivered via Coupang right away. The air conditioner didn't cool very well, but since I was out handling business during the day, I just made do with it for the duration of the lease. The air conditioner needs to be inspected and fixed.
I had a very comfortable stay in this quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and great.
