Although the building is older, the space is set up for a comfortable stay. Amenities include 500Mbps high-speed internet and YouTube access; you can also use Netflix if you have your own account. Please make sure to contact me before booking for a same-day reservation. Some guests have checked out early due to dissatisfaction with the cleaning; as this is an older building that I manage personally, it is difficult to completely eliminate dust or stains from every single nook and cranny. However, I always wash the bedding and towels after each guest leaves, clean the bathroom with bleach, and thoroughly sweep and mop the floors. I offer this space at a rate of less than 20,000 won per day—cheaper than a motel—but if you are particularly sensitive about cleanliness, I kindly ask that you consider a motel or hotel instead.
There is a bus stop a 5-minute walk away, and Sagok Station (Daegyeong Line) is a 25-minute walk away.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
