Overall, the property had many strengths, but I was disappointed by the host's handling of fundamental and critical issues regarding hygiene and fire safety. The cleaning upon check-in was somewhat inadequate, and there was a safety oversight involving the use of the air conditioner with the outdoor unit's external window closedโa situation that could have led to overheating and a potential fire. Although the hosting company acknowledged the structural issues with the room, their approach to compensation was neither reasonable nor logical, leaving me with a bitter impression. The location is excellent, offering great access to public transportation and nearby amenities. While the building is older, the unit is larger and more convenient than typical studio apartments, and the hosting company staff provide quick responses. It may be a suitable option for a short-term stay based on its surface-level features, so I suggest making your own judgment. I hope other guests do not encounter the same problems I did, and I recommend thoroughly inspecting the facilities immediately after checking in.
It was very convenient to travel because it was a subway station area, and it was convenient to stay because there were many commercial areas nearby. Above all, it was a super high-rise, and the view of the Han River in the distance was so beautiful that I was satisfied during my stay.
