Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a check-in and usage guide. It consists of 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Reservations are made for 4 people, and the space can accommodate more than 10 people, but the total number of people is limited to 8. There is an additional charge of 40,000 won per person per week.
There is a convenience store, restaurant, sauna, and gym in the same building. The building next door has a department store and a supermarket. Yuseong is rich in food, drinks, and entertainment. There is a foot bath and an ocher barefoot path right in front of the building, perfect for healing. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. (Electricity, gas, water) - For contracts of 3 weeks or more, the management fee is paid directly by the user after registering as a resident with the management office from the move-in date.
