- All windows face south, so the house is bright. - The house has had its windows replaced. - Kitchen/living room 1, large room 1, small room 1, bathroom 1 - Washing machine, dryer, large room stand-alone air conditioner, small room wall-mounted air conditioner - Dishes, hot/cold water purifier, microwave, gas stove, and cooking utensils are provided. - A bidet is installed in the bathroom. - It is a quiet residential neighborhood where you can hear birds chirping in the morning.
- 3-minute walk from Samyang Station - Within a 15-minute walk from Mia Station - 5-minute walk from Pallaegol Entrance/Lotte Mart Samyang Branch bus stop - 10 minutes to Suyu Station when using Gangbuk 03 village bus - 30 minutes to Seongsu (using Uisinseol Line) - 15 minutes to Bukhansan Ui Station (high accessibility for hiking and climbing) - 20 minutes to Hyehwa, 30 minutes to Jongno/Euljiro/Dongdaemun, 35 minutes to Myeongdong/Seoul Station.
- This is the 1st floor, which requires climbing stairs. - Check-in is contactless, and we will send you a guide message one day before check-in. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. (You cannot smoke even outdoors due to complaints from neighbors.) - The basic occupancy is 4 people with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen bed in the small room. - Please inquire in advance if you have child guests.
- Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Check-in/out at other times is possible if there are no overlapping reservations. - Allergy care and steam UV sterilization are performed for each guest. - GS, CU convenience stores, and Lotte Mart are a 5-minute walk away. - The neighborhood is very quiet. Please be mindful of noise late at night (after 10 PM). - Compensation will be claimed for any damage or contamination of property.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
