We provide management services under the same conditions to all residents to ensure a pleasant living environment. However, in cases of excessive electricity or gas usage (e.g., prolonged use of heating/cooling units or electric heaters, etc.)
I had a great stay. The heating worked well, and it was convenient having a market and a park nearby.
I especially loved the massage chair, and the staff were quick to respond and very kind regarding the various requests I made early on.
It was a spacious, pleasant, and cozy place—filled with morning sunlight and excellent ventilation, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood felt warm and welcoming, with plenty of great restaurants nearby at Bangi Market. Above all, I really appreciate the host's quick responses! It’s a place I’d love to visit again.
