All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The landlord was so kind, and I really made the most of my month-long stay! It was super convenient being so close to Gukseong and having such great local amenities—it had absolutely everything I needed.
It's clean and nice. The staff is friendly.
I used it during my internship and it was good. However, the water pressure of the shower was weak, and the smell of cigarettes from the bathroom came through the ventilation fan, which was a bit disappointing.
