It has all the essentials. When an issue arose with the provided refrigerator, they responded immediately and resolved it; they were very kind. However, there were some shortcomings regarding maintenance—such as stocked consumables that were more than five years past their expiration dates, and an air conditioner that was dirty and overdue for a filter change, making me reluctant to use it. It has a radiant cooktop (highlight) rather than an induction one. I stayed here on a short-term lease while my own place was being renovated, and overall, it was a good experience. I recommend it.
