With ample parking and an elevator for convenient access, as well as shared washing machines, water purifiers, and microwaves, you can enjoy a comfortable stay. **Smoking is prohibited within the building, and it is quiet hours after 10 PM.** Actions that disturb other guests: 1. Causing harm to other guests through excessive drinking or loud noises. 2. Engaging in acts of verbal abuse or violence. 3. Smoking outside of designated areas.
