Next to this unit (Unit 302) is a piano lesson studio (Unit 301), and the piano teacher is also a resident of this space. Classes are scheduled from 9 AM to 10 PM. After you check in and live here, you may hear piano music. The Commons 33 prepares its space in consultation with various residents. To minimize inconvenience for residents, the piano lesson studio (Unit 301) has also reorganized its class schedule through mutual agreement. In a space where everyone lives their daily lives diligently, we would like to make a small request to those who check into The Commons 33, and we will strive to make it a comfortable space for you during your stay.

We have prepared a clean and well-maintained space for anyone to stay comfortably, whether for business trips, travel, or a month-long stay. Couples, business travelers, foreigners, and tourists can all enjoy a comfortable time as if they were at home. Experience the sensibility of Seongsu and the tranquility of Seoul Forest up close! A 24-hour convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, and Starbucks are located within a 1-5 minute walk. Any loss, damage, or contamination of provided items will be deducted from the security deposit. Recommended occupancy: 2 people, maximum occupancy: 3 people. For a 3-person stay, one set of bedding will be provided. Towels, toilet paper, and other amenities provided at check-in are for one-time use only (no refills). -> Please treat them with the same care as you would your own belongings.

I had a good rest. The bathroom drain was a bit inconvenient, but it would be good if you could fix it. Since it's an old building, the water quality isn't great, so I brought a filter. It would be good if you could install a shower filter! The showerhead couldn't be replaced, so I just used it, and looking at the kitchen filter, it's not good! The location is good.
It was spacious and pleasant. It was clean and well-equipped. It's also very good for long-term stays.
