Despite the checkout time having been extended to 1:00 PM, the host used a master key to unlock the door and entered without permission while the rental period was still in effect.

We have confirmed that the request to extend the checkout time was not accurately communicated to this staff member, resulting in them entering the room after the standard checkout time but within the extended period you had requested. This was an error in our internal communication process, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. However, I would also like to mention that the staff member followed standard procedures for preparing the room for the next guest; they rang the doorbell twice and knocked on the door several times before entering, but proceeded to enter only after determining that the room was unoccupied due to the lack of any response from inside.
