- Check-in is contactless. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. - This is a short-term rental unit. - Please purchase your own personal amenities (e.g., towels, toilet paper, shampoo, detergent). - Indoor smoking, pets, and infants/young children are not permitted. (As this is a shared residential building, please strictly adhere to these rules; a fee for damages may be charged if any evidence of violations is found.)
- Boramae Park is a 15-minute walk away (it is a large, well-maintained park ranked among the top 10 in Seoul). - The area offers great convenience for daily living, with various amenities nearby such as supermarkets, hospitals, Daiso, and cafes.
- It is charged if electricity or gas costs exceed 50,000 won each. - It is not charged if neither exceeds 50,000 won.
