We kindly ask that you keep the space clean during your stay. (Cleaning supplies are located in the pantry.)
π - Illegal activities and parties are strictly prohibited. - Cooking that generates excessive oil, smoke, or strong odors (such as grilling meat or fish) is not permitted on the balcony or inside the house. - You cannot exercise any legal ownership rights, including registering a change of address (moving-in report). - Transferring your reservation to a third party or subletting without permission will result in immediate eviction, and the original contract holder bears full responsibility for any consequences. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including indoors, on the balcony, and in the bathroom. (This includes e-cigarettes.) - If you are caught smoking, you will be evicted immediately without a refund, and additional cleaning fees may be charged. All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage of included utilities. Example: Excessive use of heating (gas) during the winter.
