This is a clean and very spacious 3-room apartment (2 bathrooms). - Four single beds, a dining table and chairs in the living room, at least one desk and chair set in each room, a separate veranda/laundry room, and three air conditioners. - Inha University is a 3-4 minute walk away. - Located on a main street near the school, there are many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores right in front. - It's quiet and very cozy. It is near Inha University. There is a bus stop nearby, and you can easily go to Juan Station via bus number 511, which comes every 5 minutes.
- Move-in is conducted non-face-to-face. - Once the contract and move-in are confirmed, we will send you detailed address information. :) - The password will be provided the day before check-in. ^^ - No smoking indoors. - No pets allowed. - You can change the password during your stay, but please reset it to the original password before check-out.
- Even if the schedule is blocked, there may be times when it is actually available, so please feel free to inquire. - We operate dozens of properties nearby, so if there is a problem and an empty room is available, we can replace the room, and if necessary, we can provide a different room after consultation. - A lease agreement can be provided upon request. - Pre-visits are possible only when the room is vacant. - In the event of a problem, we will resolve it as quickly as possible, and if the problem is difficult to resolve immediately, we can replace it with another room if one is available. ^^ Thank you.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - There are no additional charges unless the usage is truly abnormal.
