It is a large studio apartment with a wide veranda, making it very convenient for laundry, drying, and storing various items. This studio apartment building is very popular for short-term rentals, business trips, or temporary stays. Unlike the small studio apartments being built these days, this is a large studio apartment, so it can be used as accommodation for 3 or more people. There is a parking lot on the first floor of the building, and it is close to the center of Deokgye-dong, making transportation convenient.
Various bus routes are available within a 10-minute walk, making transportation very convenient. Deokgye Station is the closest subway station and is within walking distance. Parking is available on the first floor of the building. Please inquire in advance if you need parking.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a move-in guide message. (Move-in/move-out times are negotiable) If you wish to extend your contract, please inquire in advance. We only provide basic options, but we can discuss adjustments if you inquire. (Additional options can be provided or removed)
There is a supermarket and convenience store right in front of the accommodation, making it convenient for simple grocery shopping. In addition, Deokgye Neighborhood Park is nearby, making it great for walks, and it is located in the center of Deokgye-dong, making it convenient to use various amenities.
The management fee includes water, common area cleaning, and parking. Utilities (electricity/gas/internet) are not included and will be settled upon check-out.
