Create beautiful memories while savoring a cup of tea with your loved ones under the clear, refreshing sky. .The rooftop room is equipped with a hard-wired beam projector; please do not dismantle or move it. Please understand that if the setup is altered during your stay and connection issues arise, immediate repairs may not be possible. .A transparent dome tent has been set up in the rooftop garden; please use it with care. Kindly refrain from using open flames or smoking inside the tent. • Security CCTV: For guest safety and theft prevention, a CCTV camera facing the main entrance is installed outside the building. • Pets are not allowed, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the building. • Cooking Restrictions: Cooking dishes that produce strong smoke or odors, such as meat or fish, is prohibited. • Parking: Parking for one vehicle is available on-site. For additional vehicles, please use the Sinwol Haemaji Public Parking Lot located one minute away (50 KRW per 5 minutes). • Please be sure to fold the rooftop garden parasol after use. Strong winds could blow the parasol away, so we ask for your cooperation to prevent accidents. In the event of typhoons, heavy monsoon rains, or heavy snowfall, we will ask for your understanding as we inspect the rooftop facilities. • Our accommodation is located on the 4th floor (Unit 401) of a building without an elevator.
