It is warm, quiet, and clean. The view is excellent, and the location right in front of the school makes it safe. Please note that a slightly higher maintenance fee applies during the winter season (November–February) due to increased fuel costs. All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, if included utilities are used excessively, an additional maintenance fee may be charged. A cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is not cleaned upon check-out.
