You can relax comfortably during your stay. - The boiler is a gas boiler that uses city gas (LNG).
- 5 minutes by car from Gangneung Station. - 1 minute by car from the bus terminal. - There is a city bus stop 2 minutes away on foot (main road) in front of the house. (Both public transportation and cars are easily accessible.) - Wolhwa Street (night market), Jungang Market 3 minutes by car - There is a convenience store and restaurants (restaurants) 1 minute away on foot on the road in front of the house. - Gyodong Jjamppong, Hyungje Kalguksu, Hyundai Kalguksu 8 minutes on foot (500m) - Gyeongpodae 10 minutes by car
- Check-in is contactless (in-person check-in is available upon request). - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed indoors. - Cooking strong-smelling foods, such as indoor barbecue, is not permitted. - A notification text will be sent 3 days before check-in.
How to use the room No indoor smoking and no pets allowed. The maximum number of people is 5. Check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out time is before 11 AM. Please follow the rules for separate collection and disposal of garbage. - Please note that if the wallpaper or furnishings are damaged, or if smoking occurs indoors, you will be liable for damages.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon departure. (Gas and electricity meter readings) If included items are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested. (Water: more than 5 tons/week)
I was worried because there were no reviews, but I was surprised by how pretty and spacious it was as soon as I entered!! I stayed here with my two children for two weeks while living in Gangneung, and I'm very satisfied because there were enough towels and daily necessities, and they were clean! We made so many memories that I want to come back again when my children are older. ☺️ The location was also great, as major tourist attractions were about a 10-minute drive away. It's located a little way into an alley, so it's not a busy street, which was good for living with children! It was a great place to stay for a family of four. 👍
