I was traveling with my parents, so I needed several rooms, and I was satisfied with the three rooms. There was also a washing machine, so you don't need to bring much luggage, and there were quite a few places to visit nearby, so we had a leisurely trip. It seemed to be well-maintained and clean. We could clean it ourselves every day with a vacuum cleaner, so we used it comfortably like our own home. However, it's located in an alley, so it might be a bit difficult for novice drivers. You can park in the nearby recycling center lot and walk a bit. Since it's a house, there might be bugs. The owner responded to messages immediately~^^
