Although it is a semi-basement, it has large windows that provide good natural light, and it is quiet and private. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and is pleasant. It can accommodate a basic 3 people, and up to 5 people with an additional mat.

I booked this place in a rush and, being a semi-basement unit, I honestly didn't have high expectations. However, there was no musty smell typical of semi-basements; since it's situated on a hill, it sits higher than the building in front, so it didn't feel like a basement at all. Plus, the large windows allowed for good ventilation. Essentials like toilet paper and clean towels were provided, making it convenient to stay without needing to bring anything extra. I was really impressed by the thoughtful touch of having the bathroom dehumidifier and living room air purifier turned on in advance. I also truly appreciate the consideration shown in allowing an early check-in, as waiting around with all my luggage would have been difficult. The place was spotless and well-organized, ensuring a completely comfortable stay. Above all, the proximity to Severance Hospital was very convenient.
