I am a host who takes cleanliness very seriously. A clean, pleasant studio apartment with a separate kitchen, ready for immediate move-in. Amenities include a new bed, 1Gbps internet, cable TV, a thoroughly cleaned air conditioner, washing machine, microwave, gas stove, a vanity/desk combo, and a TV. Features include ample storage space, a spacious veranda, a drying rack, bright lighting, a broom, a mop, and a trash can. Please note that, aside from the listed items and facilities, bedding, kitchenware, and personal hygiene products are not provided.
Located within the Dujeong and Seongjeong commercial districts, the property is a 7-minute walk from Dujeong Station, with multiple city bus stops within a 10-minute walk. Taxis are also easily accessible. Lotte Mart (and Daiso) is within a 10-minute walk.
Check-in is contactless; the access code will be provided after the booking is confirmed. Check-out is by 12:00 PM on the scheduled departure date. Please contact us separately to request a late check-out. Please dispose of trash in the designated waste bags at the building entrance. Pets and smoking are prohibited; violations will result in charges for damages and special cleaning fees. Immediate eviction will be enforced if complaints arise or if you are caught engaging in loud behavior, smoking, or other disruptive conduct.
Electricity and gas are ready for immediate use. The location offers excellent convenience, with numerous nearby amenities including convenience stores, brunch cafes, medical clinics, pharmacies, a coin laundry, restaurants, an arcade, and hair salons. It is also close to Lotte Mart and a popular dining district, providing easy access to great restaurants and convenient transportation. Please take care, as compensation for damages may be claimed in the event of damage to the interior or furnishings, or in cases of theft. The space has been thoroughly cleaned; please keep it tidy during your stay. Please do not flush toilet paper, food waste, or any other trash down the toilet.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged if usage of the included utilities significantly exceeds the average level.
