👏 The booking process is contactless. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please message us if you wish to extend your stay by a day or more. 👏 The space is comfortably sized for two people. The maximum occupancy is three; there is no extra guest fee, but a 20,000 KRW laundry fee applies if additional bedding is requested. 👏 Pets are not allowed, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and we ask that you refrain from hosting parties or making excessive noise. 😊

An air purifier is also provided to handle yellow dust and fine particulate matter🌈. A desk and a desk lamp are included. 👏Bedroom Smart TV (Netflix available; no terrestrial broadcast), Queen-size bed with a new mattress and topper. Anti-dust mite sheets are applied to the mattress. 👏Kitchen Built-in refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, knives, scissors, cutting board, tableware, frying pan, pot, and basic cooking utensils. 👏Bathroom & Cleaning Spacious bathroom with heated flooring, bidet and shower with replaced filters, and a washing machine with a drying function (cleaned). JMW high-performance hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, laundry drying rack, and laundry basket. 👏Amenities 1st-floor Starbucks, Egg Drop, Artisée bakery, and 24-hour convenience store; self-service laundromat just a 1-minute walk away. E-Mart Everyday is a 3-minute walk away. (No BBQ restaurants or bars inside the building.)

The host was quick to respond and truly kind. With most other places I’ve booked through SamsamM2, I usually spent the first day cleaning, but this place was spotless, so I could settle in right away. From the heated eye mask by the bedside and the detergent and trash bags placed prominently in the kitchen, to the bottled water in the fridge, tissues, and various cleaning supplies—these might seem like small details, but I could feel the host's genuine care and thoughtfulness for the guest's experience, which made me feel happy and grateful. The air purifier made for a pleasant stay, and having clocks in both the living room and bathroom was convenient; the full-length mirror was also very useful. Everything I needed was well-stocked, allowing me to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Thank you. 😊
The place was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials, so I didn't have to worry about shopping for supplies even though I arrived late in the evening. It was conveniently located near both the subway and bus stations, and I especially appreciated the proximity to excellent hospitals, as I needed to visit them frequently. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtfully anticipated everything a guest might need, which really impressed me. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends back in Vancouver and would love to stay here again on my next visit to Korea.
