Smoking indoors and bringing pets are "strictly" prohibited. For additional guests beyond the standard of 2 people/maximum of 4 people, an additional fee will be charged. (5,000 KRW per person per night)
In the event of damage or contamination of the property, a claim for damages will be filed. Cleaning is complete, and immediate move-in is possible. Tongyeong Seoul Hospital is located directly behind the property. Juknim New Town is a 5-minute drive away, where you can find large supermarkets and restaurants.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon check-out. Since LPG is used instead of city gas, you will have to pay separately for the amount you use. Please be sure to check. ✔️ Also, even if an item is included, if it is used excessively, additional management fees may be requested.
The host is very kind. It depends on how you use it, but the gas bill was smaller than expected. It's a good choice if you're planning to stay in Tongyeong for a month or visit Tongyeong. The view is good, and I think the geographical location was good for traveling to and from Masan, Jinju, Geoje, and Busan. Thank you for your efforts to provide various conveniences.
