♠︎ Gas, electricity, and water are included in the maintenance fee. ♠︎ When going out, please turn off the gas and make sure the lights are off. ^^ ♠︎♠︎ However, during the winter, if the gas usage exceeds the agreed-upon amount, additional maintenance fees may be requested.
