ㅇ This is a two-story detached house in Namhae German Village (the first floor is a commercial space). ㅇ This is the first occupancy after remodeling, and it is fully furnished. ㅇ It has a 28-pyeong apartment-style layout with 3 rooms (1 queen bed, 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom. ㅇ A ceiling-mounted air conditioner is installed in the living room. ㅇ There is a convenience store within a 2-minute walk. ㅇ Parking is available in the first-floor commercial parking lot.

ㅇ Check in at the commercial space on the 1st floor. ㅇ Personal toiletries, daily necessities, blankets, etc. are not provided. ㅇ Additional charges apply for more than 4 people. ㅇ No smoking indoors, no pets, no grilling indoors. ㅇ Short-term rentals are not eligible for move-in registration. - Violations will result in immediate eviction.
