Gyejoksan walking trail is 1 minute away, the food alley is 5 minutes away, and various amenities such as a basketball court, foot volleyball court, futsal court, tennis court, inline skating rink, children's water park, badminton court, gateball court, and park are 5 minutes away on foot.
Check-in can be done in person or remotely. Check-in and check-out times are flexible to accommodate guests as much as possible, depending on the situation. A cleaning fee is not charged separately, but we ask that you use the space cleanly for the next user. Blankets and bedding are replaced with new ones or sent to a professional laundry service each time a guest checks in.
Pets are allowed. We live in the same apartment complex, so please let us know what you need, and we will prepare it for you immediately. Everything is fully equipped, including tableware.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
