Moving in is not possible. The entire building is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. According to regulations, personal hygiene items must be prepared separately. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables. In the event of a claim for damages (indoor smoking, indoor odor and contamination caused by pets, damage), the cost of wallpapering and disinfection of the entire room will be charged.

It’s close to the station, the surrounding facilities are great, and the place itself is spotless and lovely! The only downside is a bit of cigarette smoke drifting up through the plumbing from the same line, but aside from that, I am absolutely, completely satisfied!
I had a good stay!
The location is good and the view is great, as it is close to the park and Daerim Station. In addition to the mattress and tableware, there are no pots, pans, or microwave ovens, so it seems that separate preparations will be needed for long-term stays. I had a good stay for 4 weeks!
