- Please set the boiler to "Away" mode when leaving the unit or checking out. - For food waste, please use the designated card hanging on the hook next to the refrigerator. - There is a convenience store at the apartment entrance. - Senam Mart and Daiso are located nearby. - There is a side-dish shop called 'Cheonwon Horaengi' in the apartment shopping complex across from the Buyoung 2nd Complex shops. - Please dispose of your trash and recyclables upon check-out (recycling is available at any time inside the Building 101 area).
- Items not included in the management fee (gas at 1,150 KRW per m³; electricity calculated based on standard rates for usage between 200–300 kWh) will be settled and billed upon check-out.
